Mission Impossible
“We need to get this job out on time. No one has been able to do this yet – can you?” That was the mission, should DMA decide to accept it.
DMA was challenged with getting a nationwide, multi-pronged mailing with numerous versions printed, personalized, and shipped in three days. No other vendor was able to pull off this task to date.
DMA pulled staff in from every project and set to work to produce and hand assemble several thousand packages targeted at three audiences – company administrators, individual employees, and physicians. The packages were highly individualized and contained a variety of components, including directories organized by product and region.
Mission accomplished! DMA completed the mission on time, at budget, and won the job on an ongoing basis.
