One particular drug development company is known for having the people, global resources, and problem-solving culture to respond to the industry’s toughest drug development challenges. In fact when this company speaks, people listen. So when a fulfillment project was ready to launch, the company knew the process needed to be seamless. DMA was called to handle the challenge.
DMA staff went to work, serving as program consolidator. Catalog orders came in to DMA directly from many locations, including Europe, South America, Africa, and the Far East. Staff processed the orders, packaged the items for shipment, made preparations for customs, and accepted international payment.
In one instance, catalogs were delivered to the DMA warehouse for shipping and it was discovered that a page was missing. DMA staff manually inserted the replacement page and apology letter, and then repackaged to ship out in a timely manner.
